    Had the best time at Bean Bag yesterday! The food was absolutely amazing, the ambiance was so relaxed, and the service? Easily the highlight. The staff are incredibly attentive and make you feel so taken care of. This was my second visit and they still didn’t disappoint. Plus, it’s super affordable for the quality you get. Definitely one of my favourite spots right now. I’ll be going back again for sure!

    This venue looks great and the food, although basic, is good. However, as a premier music venue it failed dismally. We were in Durban for 2 nights and were recommended this venue to see live music. We had a choice for Thursday “Soul” night or Friday “Fusion” night. We chose Friday. Called the restaurant and made the booking direct and were told the band starts at 7:30. By 7:30 no sign of any band. We were told by staff 8pm. Then nothing. Bar manager said 8:30. At 8:30 no sign of a band (or audience). We were eventually told the band were (caught in traffic) and not coming!!! What a waste of our night!! In desperation I asked who performed on yesterday’s “soul” night. They said “no one”!!! Very unprofessional. Never to return
