    We arrived at our venue to be told there has been no electricity for 2 hours along with the generators not being functional despite numerous signs all around boasting about the availability of generators to negate any loadshedding. This booking was to celebrate my parents’ 50th wedding anniversary and we were three seperate groups that came from more than 150km away to convene. I am highly disappointed that no communication was made to advise us of this lack of power setback as it could have saved us from an unnecessary drive to and from Bossa. Communication from this establishment has been appalling not to mention no effort was made by staff to make any of our family member comfortable during our stay.

    Unfortunately Bossa Meerendal experienced an electrical issue and thus i cannot rate their food. However we then ordered a slice of baked cheesecake and a slice of carrot cake and they were both delicious. Ill have to go back sometime to try the food.
