    Didn't even have the opportunity to visit or have any food as I tried to book a reservation, phones don't work and online booking confirmation only came through on the day when it's been booked 5 days in advance

    The waitress was friendly, but clearly ready for the large table, The first round of drinks took just under an hour to come to the table Management was no where to be seen, or even came to discuss the current demand on staff and lack of service Only after a call to Natlie Naude, was there some improvement on service Not once during our visit did the floor manager come to the table to check on the service or overall experience

    It was a disastrous evening. I brought 10 guests (from out of town) for a Burger evening. Food came out late, 3 were cold and had to be sent back, 1was incorrect. The table next to us had the same problems. I brought the matter under the attention of “the manager”. Her excuse was that the kitchen was under pressure and she acknowledged the problems we had. We were never updated by management that there was a problem. Bossa could clearly not manage their problem neither communicate with their customers. Our waiter came to report that it would take some time. There was NO compensation from Bossa to makeup for spoiling an evening that should have been festive and enjoyable. My booking was for 22 Dec @ 18:30 R Müller. The booking was made with Bossa @ Meerendal
