    We had a fabulous meal here, would recommend trying their steaks… cooked to perfection. Our waiter and sommelier was very knowledgeable and explained all the different steaks to us.Would definitely go again.

    Bo-Vine in the city earns its stars where it counts: the food was delicious, the pricing fair, the service attentive, and the ambience exactly what you want from a night out — lively without shouting at your own table. That said, a good experience shouldn’t require selective memory. A few hiccups made an appearance during the evening, and despite mentioning a birthday in advance (and again on arrival), the occasion went entirely unacknowledged even though they approached me to tell me they would do something special after i had asked if i could bring a happy birthday dessert plack for the dessert we would order. Not a deal-breaker, but certainly a missed opportunity for a restaurant that otherwise understands hospitality. Credit where it’s due: the manager on duty was exceptional. She greeted us warmly, kept the mood light with humour, and when we had to return a dish, or two .... she handled it immediately and graciously — no defensiveness, just professionalism and a smile. That kind of service saves evenings. Our waiter had nothing but charm and skills - Thank you for making our evening a good laugh. You added enthusiasm, passion and joy into your work and we could all see it. Your service was Brilliant. So thank you, Bo-Vine — a strong showing overall, if not quite the flawless first impression you were aiming for. I’ll be back… largely because the mac & cheese has convinced me our relationship deserves a second date.
