    Had a lovely meal at Bovine in the City. I had the Karoo Wagyu, which was excellent quality — rich and flavourful without being overly fatty like some wagyu can be. My boyfriend and brother shared the tomahawk, which was also great, although definitely a bit fattier than expected. The atmosphere was fantastic, cocktails were excellent, and overall it was a really great dining experience with good food and excellent service from our waiter, Amad. Wuite pricey, so keep that in mind. Would happily return.

    A exceptional evening. The service was amazing and they went above and beyond to make my husband feel special on his milestone birthday. Steaks were delicious and cooked to perfection. The atmosphere was great and we’ll definitely go back.

    No BYO wine allowed. They don't allow BYO wine. Their wine list is fairly limited, so a real pity.

    Food was high quality and good value. Service too was very good though cocktail didn't get served until food had already arrived. Would definitely recommend.

    Bo-Vine Wine & Grill House In The City delivers a dining experience that is truly world-class. Set within a stunning heritage building in the heart of Cape Town, the atmosphere alone is worth the visit. The ribeye steak was, without exaggeration, the finest I have ever had in Cape Town, perfectly cooked, beautifully presented, and unforgettable in every sense. A special mention must go to Vince, whose service was exceptional. Attentive, knowledgeable, and genuinely warm he is a credit to this outstanding establishment. If you appreciate great steak and impeccable service, Bo-Vine In The City is non-negotiable. I will absolutely be returning.

    We had a fantastic meal. The waitress was very good without being intrusive. Our steaks were cooked to perfection.
