    I visited Bowl'd yesterday, and while I had high hopes for a satisfying dining experience, I left feeling disappointed. The buffet is priced at R370, but I found the selection quite limited. In fact, I've been to other buffets that offer a much wider variety of dishes at a lower price. For this reason, I can only give 2 stars for both the food and overall value. On a positive note, the ambiance and service were pleasant. The staff were attentive and friendly, which made for a comfortable dining atmosphere. However, I was taken aback by the billing process. We were required to pay a reservation fee upfront, which was fine, but when the bill came, an automatic 10% service fee was added. This fee was calculated based not only on the total bill but also on the reservation fee, which felt quite unfair and unnecessary. As a result, the final bill was much higher than expected. In conclusion, while Bowl'd has potential, the limited food options and questionable billing practices overshadowed the positives. I hope they reconsider their pricing strategy and service fees in the future.
