    The place was really great food was great but I am so disappointed with the waiters. I had booked a private room for my daughters 21st. For the 18th of October. Up on arrival I had a brief discussion with the 2 waiters and I specificly requested no Alcohol to be served in our table because I had kids and I told them only soft drinks and if there's anyone that orders alcohol from the kids or anyone they should notify me. The waiters did the opposite when the bill came I saw alcohol and when I asked them to point out who ordered alcohol the waiters could not. I requested my receipt after paying the bill and I realized the waiters added extra Items on the bill. I have paid deposit months back to book the place and I know exactly how much I was going to pay for my final bill. I told them no refill but when I looked at my receipt they added drinks that we did not order. Remember when u hosting people you focus on them not what the waiters will do because you trust them as they are running a business in such a sophisticated area. It is disappointing what happened and I came all the way from cape town and maybe because they thought I will not pay attention to the bill since I was having fun with my family. If this is what you do to customers then y'all need to have a proper induction when you hire people for your establishment. I ignored the bill issue because the waiters could not justify it and I also did not want to ruin my daughters day by my outburst. Do not do that to people its wrong.

    Thank you getting back appreciate the response. I believe in giving people the second chance, As I am in the same industry. I care about customer service and it is important to listen to our customers. I really love the place and the atmosphere, its a place that I could come to with friends this time. . I was given a massage that you contacted me but I got sick as soon I came back to Cape Town.
