    Lovely restaurant with great ambience. I however don’t agree with the waiters tips being split among all the waiters. Each individual tip should be allocated to respective staff

    A Five-Star Day Escape. Exceptional Service and Atmosphere! If I could be able to rate more than 5, I would. I was overserved as a customer if such exists. There were constant check-ins, not overwhelming but just right. It is in the little things like how the team nicely handled my coat and bag and hung it for me. How the waitresses just just check for food but also comfort, they seem to have a pulse of customers. How the hotel manager also came to double check if I'm good. The food was great and I can't speak enough about the ambience. I came in as a day visitor however immediately wanted to sleep over however couldn't do so due to limited budget. Also ended up using the spa service just based on the experience I had from reception and the restaurant. The spa treatment out of this world. Professional, friendly and I don't regret any single cent spent. Regards Nthabeleng Chaba

    Food - Well cooked to my liking and fresh. Also tried a new dessert and it was amazing. Value - Food well priced Service - 100% service. Waiters and waitresses were attentive. They made sure I was attended to at all times. My tea was refilled timeously even though I would have done it myself. When I moved from one table to another to be able to charge my laptop, I was assisted. My stuff was carried, the door was opened for me and the waiters made sure I was comfortable. They even asked if I am warm enough and I moved from one table to another. Definitely returning to Vivari. I was also asked if the music was not too loud, if OK. So the waiters are very attentive, knowledgeable and friendly. Ambience - Ah man, my dad passed away so I needed space to clear my head. This was the best decision l bevause the ambience was perfect. Beautiful outdoor space and comfortable chairs and cozy environment. Modern, stylish design and lighting was also absolutely stunning and classy. I even considered booking overnight however the accommodation was exceeding my budget of R1500p/n. I would definitely consider lodging at Vivari. Totally amazing space, service, food and ambience.

    It was my very first time at Brambles restaurant and I chose to celebrate myself on my birthday there alone and can I tell, I had an amazing time and I will returning again soon.
