Burger & Lobster was founded in 2016 with the idea of going back to basics of a restaurant culture where people were offered only a few items that would get people talking - a burger, a lobster roll and fresh lobster.     The food was ok, service a bit on the slow side, prices a bit on the steep side. Loved the iron steak and bar and was looking for a similar experience. But this felt very underwhelming in comparison. I had the summer special. The lobster roll was delicious but tiny. The cheese burger was a decent size but nothing special.

    I often bring American students there while they are visiting. The food is varied, good and affordable by their standards. You can order a few starters rather than an entree if on a tight budget and it will be more than enough. I recommend the cauliflower, and mac and cheese. The trio of sliders give you variety. The full lobsters are a bit pricey for student budgets. I ordered a cocktail not on the menu but simple,. rum and pineapple juice. I appreciate the effort at using fresh pineapple but get a juicer as it was thick and chewy and I did not finish it. The Lobstar martini is absolutely delicious so I recommend that and sticking to their menu for cocktails! Lungi and Frankie served us and they were both very attentive! Great service on a busy night (first Thursday Feb). I'll be back :)
