    I did not have a meal, as the Rump Steak was pure sinew, could not be cut and inedible! The other diner also had Rump, in his case a 1/3 was also just sinew. What really annoyed was the attitude of “ doing us a favour” removing my inedible meal from the bill. So sadly, my going out for supper, was going hungry. On the plus side, the sirloin and rib eye which our other two diners had were excellent.

    Dear George, We are very sorry to hear you didn't enjoy your meal with us, we take customer feedback seriously. We have investigated and discussed the issue with our management and team. It is unfortunate that you did not accept our immediate offer to replace the meal, as we would have done so timeously and at no extra charge. As you had not enjoyed the meal, we happily removed it from the bill. We have reminded our in-house butcher and grillers that nothing less than 100% is acceptable. We hope you will visit us again.
