    I enjoyed the experience. I have been to the Umhlanga sister restaurant a couple of times and I have always loved it. My experience at yours yesterday did not disappoint. I will definitely come back.

    We visited as a group of four adults and two children on a busy Friday night. While the food and wait times didn't quite meet our expectations, the service recovery was world-class. The manager took full responsibility for our experience, gave the kids ice cream as a treat, and insisted that the entire meal be on the house. It’s clear they are in a ‘soft launch’ phase, but this level of accountability and integrity is rare. We initially didn't plan on returning, but this gesture completely changed our minds. 5 stars for a business that truly cares about its customers!

    We went there on Thursday night and the food was superb. We went back with the family on Friday and my fillet was stone cold in the middle and my husbands steak was tough.
