Located within the Inanda Greens Office Park, overlooking a magnificent 9-hole golf course and surrounded by beautifully landscaped gardens. This hidden gem called Café 28 opened its doors to patrons in 2016 and has been serving authentic Italian cuisine to its loyal customers ever since.

Known for its unique and quality ingredients, most of which are imported from Italy as well as the fresh organic produce grown in their very own garden has given Café 28 the reputation of serving the BEST pizza in Johannesburg by customers who have flooded social media platforms with praises.

The well-orchestrated menu created by the Maestro himself, Andrea Giromini, consists of an impressive range of sharing boards (taglieri), pizza’s, pasta and heavenly desserts. The menu caters for a variety of palates including many vegetarian options, as well as a frozen range which can be made in the comfort of your home.

    This place is such a gem! The service, staff, management, prices and food is excellent! Thoroughly enjoyed my dinner and time at this restaurant. After a long busy week, all I wanted to do is relax and have an amazing meal, I made the best decision coming here, everything was beyond perfect. Will be back every week! You guys are doing everything right! Lovely atmosphere, the staff are attentive and the food is delicious. You have a long time supporter here! Keep up the great service.

    I had such a wonderful experience at this restaurant. The pizza was absolutely delicious — perfectly cooked with a crispy crust, rich tomato base, and generous, fresh toppings. Every bite was full of flavor, and you could really taste the quality of the ingredients. What made the experience even better was the service. The staff were friendly, attentive, and welcoming from the moment we walked in. Our order arrived quickly, and everything was served hot and fresh. They checked in just enough to make sure we were happy without being intrusive. The atmosphere was warm and comfortable, making it a great place to relax and enjoy a meal. I would definitely recommend this place to anyone looking for great pizza and excellent customer service. I’ll be coming back again soon
