Cafe Sofi is a deeply personal project by Natasha and Savva Sideris, founders of Tashas Group, created as an ode to their beloved mother, Sophia Electra.

It’s a space animated by memory, layered with personal history, and inspired by a woman of beautiful contradictions: a conservative soul wrapped in eccentric packaging, an old-school romantic with an eclectic spirit.

From wholesome breakfasts like spiced milk oats with maple syrup and a cheeky shot of whiskey, to vibrant plates such as grilled salmon with honey-mustard dressing, or delicate crab cakes with citrus mayo, the offering balances simplicity with soul. Each dish is a nod to Sophia’s favourite food and a true reflection of comfort, similarity and honest flavour.


Perfect for every meal, from breakfast to dinner, Cafe Sofi embraces the space’s quirks. It is smaller, more intimate, with a curated menu drawn from Sophia’s favourites.

    We had a late reservation (7:30pm) on Sunday, but the restaurant was already mostly empty. Our server was excellent, and the food was excellent. The presentation of the chicken pot pie was lovely, and the short rib ragu was delicious. They were able to serve it with gluten-free pasta. We must have been the last reservation of the night, because the staff started mopping the floors and cleaning up other parts of the restaurant while we were still eating. We didn't realize they closed at 8:30pm!

    I always come back for the carpaccio it’s delicious. Tried the beetroot salad too, wasn’t too great!

    We had an amazing time at Cafe Sofi and we can't wait to go back. The chicken pot pie and baked camembert were the higlights!
