    I don’t usually leave reviews, but I felt this experience needed to be shared. We booked in advance knowing it would be busy for Mother’s Day, but unfortunately the restaurant seemed completely unprepared for the occasion. When we arrived, it was chaotic. There was no clear coordination between customers who had bookings and walk-ins, and tables were not even prepared for booked guests. The service throughout was extremely slow, and it appeared the restaurant was understaffed on what is obviously one of the busiest days of the year. It took a long time just to receive menus, place our orders, and later request takeaway boxes. I had to ask four times, from three different staff members, before we finally received them. At one point, I refused to pay until the boxes arrived. The staff at the front were clearly overwhelmed trying to manage the crowd, but there seemed to be very little organization overall. For the amount we paid on Mother’s Day, the experience was incredibly disappointing. The only positive was that the chilli prawn pasta was decent. Other than that, I can’t honestly say the food was value for money, and the poor service overshadowed the entire experience. This was my first visit, and sadly, based on this experience, I’m very doubtful I’ll return.

    Unfortunately, we could not celebrate our dad’s birthday nor Mother’s Day as the establishment seemed overbooked. We waited and could see no light, with people waiting before us to be seated, despite reservations being made.

    Good service, tasty food, had the Mozambique prawn curry. Quite noisy with the kitchen door slamming loudly and continuously. Was told that that is how it is. Overall the experience was good.
