    We were not allowed to sit where we wanted

    Hi Keitumetse's Trust you are well. Thank you for taking my call to discuss this matter. After speaking to my managers on duty on the evening. It was brought to my attention that the place where you wanted to sit and where you moved your chairs to sit was not in our restaurant or on the outside of the restaurant. You moved your chairs onto the casino fountain which is not allow as this poses a massive safety risk. The Fountain is not part of our restaurant and the casino security informed us that you have to move and you will not be allowed to sit there. These are practices that are followed to ensure the safety of all of our guests. On you next visit, you are more than welcome to sit anywhere within the boundaries of the restaurant.     Booked for an after graduation dinner, originally for 8 people and my waiter ensured to accommodate 2 extra . Our waiter was beyond friendly throughout our dinner, giving us enough time to order, talk and enjoy our night, while still ensuring we are served =perfect balance. Food was delicious and well presented to all. Had a nice fire to keep us warm in this winter. Beyond grateful.
