    Service was really slow, despite not being busy en when it came to the bill, it took as 50min to pay and having to send the bill back twice since there were many incorrect items on the bill and they just couldn’t get it sorted, also didn’t seem to bother them much and the manager also had a very “whatever” attitude. I mean I don’t expect any freebies or anything, but a simple “sorry about the trouble” or the likes would have been in order. Sad how the level of service everywhere is getting worse, Carabellas used to be one of our favorite places, but service does make or break a place. Vert hesitant to return again.

    The ribs and fillets were dry (overcooked) and filled with sauce for the platter I had and the sour whiskey I ordered tasted like brandy+tonic water.

    Lovely setting. Incredible for the kids. Service was exceptional, thank you. We just feel the food and drinks were significantly over priced. But thank you to the wait and managing staff for making our afternoon amazing!
