The CHAPTER 5 Restaurant specializes in Breakfast, Lunch and Dinner Buffets. Located on the Ground Floor of Coastlands SKYE Hotel, the restaurant offers a choice of both Buffet and a la Carte options.

Chapter 5 is not a Halaal certified restaurant. However, we are certain that it would give you a sense of comfort in knowing that all meals are prepared free of alcoholic ingredients and the meat sourced to prepare all dishes is Halaal certified. Please speak to our Executive Chef on duty / Restaurant Manager should you require additional information, we will be glad to assist. Please note Halaal certified meals can be made available on request.

    The Variety on the seafood buffet was impeccable. from the live prawns and lamb chops station to the sushi. All dishes were seasoned perfectly with equally great taste and texture.

    Good morning, everything was perfect, but it would be nice if you can have music playing on the background on weekends as well, not talking about DJ . Weekends are also very important as well for friends and families get together. Some of us we very busy during the week to go out, just that soft music playing on background, can make that big difference in the atmosphere. Can complete the mood. Thank you.

    Our experience left a lot to be desired. When we arrived we were told that our booking for our buffet lunch couldn't be fulfilled because they didn't have a buffet on the day, I was only made aware of this when we were already seated at the restaurant. When I asked why we were not informed of this earlier they told us that the person who confirmed our booking didn't work there anymore and had left that day only for the chef to say that she was on leave, which caused much confusion. Following that our food took ages to come out meanwhile there were serving only 1 other table apart from ours, the ladies had to enquire about their drinks which had been forgotten. The food eventually came, the portion sizes were small and it was under seasoned. The cherry on top was when we ordered desert, after almost an hour of waiting for our desert we were told that the kitchen didn't have our desert order ans they weren't sure who we placed the order with. Only to be told that they were told not to serve us the desert because we had already reached what we paid for the buffet, initially we were told to.order what we wanted and it will be offset from the bill, but instead we were treated like we couldn't afford to pay for our food and were deprived oof at least getting a full meal. This was not only a disappointing experience but also embarrassing. I have never been treated like that in my life and i wanted to leave from the moment I set down. I would never recommend Chapter 5 to anyone.
