The CHAPTER 5 Restaurant specializes in Breakfast, Lunch and Dinner Buffets. Located on the Ground Floor of Coastlands SKYE Hotel, the restaurant offers a choice of both Buffet and a la Carte options.

Chapter 5 is not a Halaal certified restaurant. However, we are certain that it would give you a sense of comfort in knowing that all meals are prepared free of alcoholic ingredients and the meat sourced to prepare all dishes is Halaal certified. Please speak to our Executive Chef on duty / Restaurant Manager should you require additional information, we will be glad to assist. Please note Halaal certified meals can be made available on request.

    Coastlands Skye Hotel, Management and Staff, thank you for making my husband's retirement celebration such memorable one. The buffet was beyond amazing and among the best in the world, having travelled extensively. Luxury spread, everything presented was fresh and delicious. The chef came personally, twice to check on us. We received too many compliments. This hotel is a 5 Star establishment, the room was spotless, immaculate and spacious, from towels to linen 10/10. The ambience was absolutely wonderful, lighting, decor, blended beautifully. Lastly, our waitron Raj Anand and his assistant went over and beyond to meet our expectations. Raj was so professional, attentive and made our experience special. Nothing was an effort, seamlessly carried out all our requests. It is rare to encounter service, delivered with such pride and passion and genuine care that made our entire experience exceptional. Raj's warm personality and thoughtfulness made our experience even more special. It is very rare! Please thank Raj and his assistant for us. Thank you, Coastland's Skye Hotel for the 5-star treatment. We will definitely be back and recommends your hotel to all our business colleagues, family and friends.

    One of the better lunch buffet offerrings in Durban. Organizing the event with the reservation manager was a very easy and pleasant experience. Staff and chefs were very welcoming and constantly assisted the guests. Will definitely go back.

    Thoroughly enjoyed every dish the options were fantastic anf everything tasted fresh and full of flavor. It was absolutely amazing and we were never so impressed with a buffet as we were at chapter 5 the attention to detail was magnificent and all meals were prepared with so much of love. The food was amazingly delicious and the free mocktail was superb.The deserts were a dream. The waiter was abit slow however thats expected on a busy night We will definitely be back
