    We had a fantastic evening thanks to the amazing staff. The food was excellent but portion size was a bit too large for us. Worth a visit

    i was extremely disappointed. The price point was ridiculously high for what we received. The service was not great either as they couldn't cope. I expected a better experience. The outside area was crammed, and it was hard moving between the tables. Food very good but not great and definitely not worth the money.

    We were there for the New Year's Eve and have chosen the restaurant because of its location right at the waterfront. The price for a 3-course meal was heavy with ZAR 2500.- per Person. The starter to share was great but the steak unfortunately a bit dry. For the dessert we hoped for more than only vanilla and chocolate ice cream. From the terrace we couldn't see the fireworks although the waiter told us, that this is the best view. The stage was visible from our table although the transparent weather protector was a bit disturbing and not necessary. Before midnight the bar was already closed and we couldn't order anything to drink to cheer for the New Year. I would have expectet a pre-notification from the waiter for the last round. Overall to expensive for the service we got.

    The food wasn't tasty. We could eat our main menu. The starter and the sea food platter was same taste and almost same thing. Not worth the price at ALL. Every year I visit different country with different experience. But my food experience with city grill was the worst.
