    Our waitress Pretty did an excellent job and was so friendly throughout our time at Clay Cafe. Even offered to take us pictures and ensured that we are happy. Everything was perfect and we had such a good celebratory time

    We had the most amazing day celebrating my daughter’s 5th birthday. The kids absolutely loved the playground area, and the food was great — especially the platters. The venue itself was lovely and really helped make the day special. Unfortunately, the service was terrible, and it really took away from what should have been a seamless celebration. We had pre-ordered the food, knowing that Saturdays can get very busy, but the food still arrived about an hour later than expected. As a result, our guests ended up being served the platters and pizzas at essentially the same time, despite me specifically requesting that they be served about an hour and a half apart. Had I known the fruit and charcuterie boards would be so delayed, I certainly wouldn’t have ordered as much food. Our waiter was also barely around, and getting drinks or any assistance felt like steering a herd. We constantly had to look for someone to help us, which was particularly frustrating when hosting a birthday party with a group of guests.

    We had my daughter’s 4th birthday party there. TK served us and he was EXCELLENT!!! Couldn’t ask for better service, he brought such a good vibe too. We loved every minute! S’ya also helped me in the beginning and her service was also great!! We had the perfect day, and every single person commented on what a beautiful day it was! And TK was a massive part of that! Thank you so much!!!

    We had a wonderful time... the service was exempliary. Personnel there are friendly, attentive but not over bearing... perfect balance. Just love the vibe there. The pizzas were tasty, beautifully cooked and presented. I definitely recommend the Clay Cafè.

    Excellent visit to the Maggie's Farm Clay Cafe... the George Clay Cafe is still a firm favourite, but these guys are a solid second! Well done to the team for a wonderful day out, the service is wonderful.

    Our waiter that was supposed to help us was incredibly slow getting to us and taking our orders, so much so that we needed another waiter to help us. Bongi ended up helping us and she was a lovely waiter and much better than the original one. When the time came to pay our bill the original waiter forgot to add our meals to the bill and additional drinks that were ordered so we had to wait another 20 minutes for them to rectify that.
