    What an Amazing experience. Fom the onset, with the booking, I was dealt with professionally and the entire process was handled in this manner. The pizzas were delicious and those chocolate brownies were a knockout. We couldn't have asked for a better setting, the relaxing atmosphere created an ambience that is needed to fuel the soul. Your ladies were kind, friendly and extremely helpful. Thank you for making admin day so special for or staff.

    My family and I really enjoyed our time at Clay cafe' Paarl . I initially booked for 9 on the day because it was my aunts birthday additional family members joined and they were so happy to accommodate even though they were fully booked . Thank you Guys :) cant wait to come back

    Nice place but the service is a little slow. We also booked from 10 to 1 and they started rushing us to finish and get out by 11:44?

    Hi Jeanne, Thank you for your visit and for taking the time to share your feedback. We’re sorry to hear that you felt rushed during your visit. We’d like to clarify the timing of your booking, as there appears to have been some confusion. Our standard booking slots are 2.5 hours, which is communicated during the reservation process. We reviewed our floor logs and CCTV footage for your 10:00 AM booking to better understand what happened. The last member of your party arrived at 10:06 AM, and your group took some time to select your ceramic pieces before placing your first order at 10:35 AM. Our records do not show a member of our floor staff approaching your table at around 11:44 AM to ask you to finish or leave. In fact, your final bill was only printed at 12:58 PM, meaning your party had almost three hours at the table. We certainly don’t want any guest to feel rushed, and we always aim to provide a relaxed and enjoyable painting experience. At the same time, we do need to manage our scheduled reservations and ensure that tables are available for incoming bookings. We hope this provides some clarity regarding the timing of your visit. We appreciate your feedback and will continue to work with our team to ensure that our guests receive attentive service while still enjoying a relaxed experience.
