    Best ceramic painting experience - loads of items to choose from, great variety of colours and tools. Beautiful venue, well organised and helpful staff. Will go back again... And again!

    Dear Clay Cafe Team, I hope this message finds you well! I wanted to take a moment to express my heartfelt gratitude for the exceptional service we received at Clay Cafe Paarl today. It was my mom's birthday, and I had made a booking well in advance, hoping for a memorable day. Thanks to Zandri, we got much more than we could have asked for. From the moment we arrived, we were warmly welcomed and felt very special. Zandri's patience and kindness, especially with my grandmother, were truly remarkable. She took the time to explain the clay painting techniques and process to us, ensuring we were comfortable and enjoying the experience. Throughout our visit, Zandri checked in on us frequently to make sure we had everything we needed and were having a wonderful time. Her dedication and attentiveness made my mom's birthday extra special and one we will cherish forever.     Angie took our booking and very patiently changed it - and changed it whenever our numbers changed. Thank you Angie. We were a group of 46 with very little knowledge on the painting experience. Mleshy very calmly answered all our questions (and there were many questions) and helped us produce painted mugs that looked amazing. Mleshy you are a super star.

    It was a great experience as always. Felt very welcome from the moment we stepped in. Nandi, our waiter was very friendly and welcoming, absolute great with assisting and checked in regularly to ask if we were OK.
