I have been the biggest fan of Coalition pizzas since their early days in Bolton Road, but unfortunately I think they’ve bitten off more than they can chew in their new, bigger location. The food was underwhelming and the service left a lot to be desired, bordering on non-existent. Hoping that as time passes they find their groove again.

The bolognaise and carbonara are far too salty. We found them too salty and others have remarked the same. Pizzas good as ever.

Food is always good as usual and the new space is really nice. We sat on the patio and were unfortunately rained out and had to leave early as there wasn't enough space inside for everyone. I'd suggest putting some kind of waterproof tarp under the patio roof area so people can still dine while it's raining (would've assumed this would have been thought of during the construction phase given our rainy summers?). The music coming from one of the private dining areas was also really loud which wasn't pleasant for other diners.
