    3 out 6 meals were done I incorrectly. Waiter was totally lost. Won't be back.

    Extremely disappointed by the service we received at this establishment as our dietary requests were not honored. We requested a vegetarian option when the booking was made as well as when we arrived, meat was served to us 3 times and we had to keep sending the food back, it seemed like they were very confused by what was meant by the term vegetarian. We also had an incident where we requested another pot of tea and they had brought us a used pot that had half the usual amount in it and was already cold. The staff looked really annoyed at us and made it seem like our requests were a burden to them. We even had an instance where the hostess actually rolled her eyes at us. We chose this place to celebrate a friend's birthday and was highly disappointed. Good service should be a priority and simple requests should not be that hard to comply with especially since a booking was made and the requirements were stated prior to our visit. Crane and Feathers please do better!

    The waitress Sne Mpanza was discordial, inattentive, had an unfriendly attitude and made us feel uncomfortable when she suggested that we could leave our handbags at the table whilst going to the bathroom, notwithstanding that there were two other guests remaining at the table. I take deep dissatisfaction with such discourteous conduct. I have attended the establishment prior and the service has been incredible however yesterday was in bad taste.
