Crawdaddy’s, established 1995 has become a landmark in Pretoria for it’s Seafood and Meat Dishes, and has created a huge loyal family of patrons that keep the restaurant buzzing the year in and out.

    What a disaster, it was my mom's 90th birthday celebration and the service was totally shocking!! The Manager on the night was just sitting at a table not being very present on the floor, we had to enquire three times about our food, got it way after 8h15pm (for a 6pm table) by which time the kids were already tired, and my mom of 90 as well. The bill that we got was incorrect, after all that as well, we had to send it back to be corrected, was just not a good experience at all, I will not be back there. People that came in after us were fed way before us...it was just a horrible experience!

    We had a kids party. Everything was ok but I wished they had allocated us two waiters to speed up the service. Otherwise we had great fun time.

    Unfortunately we did not have a good experience. My wife ordered a medium well fillet and this was 100%. My daughter ordered a beef Cordon Bleu and the crumbed section was horribly too thick and extremely oily, so much so that she did not eat any of it. The meat appeared to have been prepared without and 'seasonings', and was pretty much tasteless. I ordered a medium well Magic Mushroom steak. it was definitely not medium well, but VERY RARE. I did not enjoy it at all. We were very disappointed, as we do not often treat ourselves to a meal out and try to go to something special, when we do in fact go out. Crawdaddy's used to be SUPER, but not any more. Ronnie Schlegelmilch
