Join Chef Nicky Gibbs around the table in her kitchen for a 6-course meal, paired with herbal and floral teas. Nicky forages her garden and the coast in the breathtaking Noordhoek Valley to produce a seasonal menu as she showcases world-class cuisine inspired by the gifts of the Cape floral kingdom. Each course is plated in front of you and introduced by Nicky. An intimate and unique experience as it weaves global cooking techniques with local fresh ingredients and stories told of adventures gone by. Book lunch or dinner.     Chef Nikki and her team are amazing! A complete unique experience that is so worth it. Food is fresh, inventive and delicious. Tea parings were wonderfully surprising. Great experience!
