    Excellent service, staff always friendly, made a trip all the way from Strand for the Breakfast buffet. Definitely recommended.

    Not going to lie, it was meh. And, probably not their fault. There was nothing wrong with it, it was just hyped up more than what it was. There was nothing particularly hype worthy about it. The menu was short and cautious, the food was good, the service was excellent, the venue was fine. All in all, I will go there if I find myself hungry in Jacobsbaai, but won’t go out of my way for it again.

    Ons is nou nog sprakeloos - Daai plekkie in die Weskus was SÓ lekker! Ons was Saterdagaand daar om die rugby te kyk en het Sondagoggend weer teruggegaan vir die ontbytbuffet – en albei ervarings was uit die boonste rakke. Ek kan eerlik sê ek het nog nooit sulke uitstekende diens ervaar nie. Alles was so persoonlik. Die kelnerinne en bestuurders het ons ongelooflik welkom laat voel, asof ons die enigste gaste in die restaurant was. Om Sondagoggend op ons name terug verwelkom te word, het regtig 'n blywende indruk gemaak. Geen versoek was ooit te veel moeite nie. Die kos was vinnig, smaaklik en absoluut fenomenaal. Die bestuurders verdien besondere erkenning – hulle is werklik puik en die trots waarmee hulle die restaurant bestuur, is duidelik sigbaar. Wat my die meeste opgeval het, is dat dit lank laas is wat ek by 'n besigheid was waar die personeel opreg gelukkig lyk en dit duidelik is dat hulle lief is vir hul werk. Daardie positiewe energie straal uit na elke gas en maak die hele ervaring soveel meer besonders. Dankie vir 'n onvergeetlike ervaring. Ons sal enige tyd weer die twee uur se ry aanpak om by Daai Plekkie rugby te kom kyk en heerlik te kom eet. Julle het beslis nuwe gereelde besoekers bygekry!

    Your food was a big disappointment. You have such a beautiful restaurant and place to market. Your staff were delightful. Accommodating and very friendly. We just felt your food let you down

    The staff were all so welcoming upon arrival and very friendly. The food was really great, however the portions size was not value for money. The scenery and atmosphere was absolutely fantastic. The waiter (Reydene) that served us was well knowledgeable and always kept confirming if everything was okay. The Manager (Chris) also checked up on us every now and then, which great.
