The views of Table Mountain and Cape Town from the long glass encased verandah of the De Grendel Tasting Lounge and Stoep are possibly the most spectacular of any wine farm in the Cape.     We recently did the premium wine tasting at De Grendel and were absolutely blown away. Every single wine we tasted was exceptional — not one disappointed! The setting is simply breathtaking, with stunning views that perfectly complement the experience. The service was outstanding: friendly, knowledgeable, and attentive without being intrusive. We’ll definitely be back and highly recommend it to anyone looking for a world-class wine tasting experience in a spectacular setting.

    The biltong in the food platter seemed a bit too fatty and tasted a bit old. Erin was fantastic and the wine tasted really well.

    Lovely wine tasting and the platter is great value for money. The lady who presented the wine tasting to us was excellent, well informed about the wines and very witty. Beautiful venue and views. Would definitely recommend.
