    We loved our dinner here!! I made a booking prior to going and the notes I included in the booking were given astute attention to, including making sure my husband’s dietary restrictions were accommodated. I would highly recommend this venue for a special occasion or a celebration.

    All the items we had on the menu was great! We did a few different plates including the tempura broccolini, butternut and sage archiani (?), chicken lemon rosotto, baked camembert. All ofnit was delicious. Next time, we'll take our own wine and pay corckage.

    Not impressed, terrible painting on the wall that belongs in a horror movie. The table is too small and the place was cold. Food average, service good. A glass of house red is very expensive.

    Dear Hans, thank you for taking the time to give us feedback. We're sorry that you didn't enjoy your experience with us. We're disappointed to hear that you didn't enjoy your sirloins as much. Our food is our top priority and so we take your comment very seriously. We will find out from the team what may have contributed to this. We don't have "house wines", but a carefully curated wine list and wine by the glass offering. Our wine prices are very competitive, compared to the rest of Stellenbosch and we don't think that R89 for a glass of excellent Stellenbosch Cabernet Sauvignon is expensive. We get so many compliments of the painting of our daughter - sorry that it made you feel like it belongs in a horror movie, but it doesn't. It belongs right here in our restaurant, which is what it was created for. We hope we get the opportunity to welcome you back to try some of our other dishes.
