    Beautiful estate, the bistro has a great ambience and lots of windows. We arrived at 5pm on a Sunday and were greeted right away, Our server let us know that we could order anything on the menu, not just the pizzas. We had simple garden salads (very fresh and topped with 1/2 an avocado each), the salmon lemon bowtie pasta and the lamb ragu pasta. Both main dishes were fantastic. The wine of course was excellent, you cannot go wrong coming for a meal or wine tasting. We will be back!

    Alan our water was great: engaging, witty and helpful, always available. Meals were hearty, portions were good. Large, spacious venue but surprisingly cozy on a cold, rainy afternoon, thanks to a welcome fireplace close to our table! Will definitly be back!

    We had the most beautiful afternoon at De Vliet Country Bistro celebrating our daughter's 21st birthday. The food, the service, and the ambience were outstanding !! The endless emails that I sent before the event were always answered so clearly and promptly . The wines and champagne from Zorgvliet Wine Estate were so balanced, we loved them all Thank you for an exceptional afternoon at your beautiful estate
