    Food was great but the service was not. I made an appointment but when I got there, there was no space! I had to wait over 20/25 mins to get a damn table!

    I think that the venue is very nice however the staff are not friendly or helpful they are stuck up and the lady that called me the morning of our booking to confirm if I would still be coming says to me can you please not be late. I thought it was very unprofessional and the staff just in general were not the best I don't think I would be going back any time soon it wasn't worth all the hype if you ask me.

    My only issue was my online booking was not recognized and so when we got there we did not have a table has the returuant was full.. we were told the booking sheets were printed out the evening before and because we had a booking in the day the staff had not seen it.. we were helped though as efficiently as we could have been. My advice would be going forward is to rather call in and not rely on the online system

    Well done to the team. However, there’s room for improvement on the actual cakes that we had to decorate.
