    We were extremely disappointed with the experience. A large number of the food items we wanted were out of stock, leaving us with very limited options. We eventually had to settle for chicken strips/fish and chips before deciding to leave and go to another restaurant. The cake decoration was another major disappointment. The decoration was not at all what we expected, and the icing on the cake was extremely cold. When we tried to place the cream icing decorations, they simply would not stick because the surface was so cold and slippery, making it almost impossible to decorate the cake properly. Overall, the experience was far below our expectations and unfortunately left us very unhappy. We expected much better.

    Absolutely loved our experience at EL&N London! 💕 The place is absolutely beautiful, the atmosphere was amazing, and the food was delicious! Everything came together perfectly and we honestly had such a blast. 🥰✨ A special shoutout to Charlotte, our waitress, for her patience, kindness and amazing service. She was so attentive and made sure we were comfortable and well taken care of throughout our visit. Her service really made our experience even more special. 🫶🏽 Thank you EL&N London for such a lovely experience — we’ll definitely be coming back! 💗✨
