    We recently celebrated my daughter’s birthday at EL&N. The food and drinks were really good, and everyone enjoyed what we ordered. The atmosphere is beautiful and definitely makes for a special occasion. Unfortunately, the service around our booking was disappointing. I made the reservation online, confirmed it telephonically, and even received an online confirmation. However, when we arrived, there was no table reserved for us, despite it being a birthday celebration. This created unnecessary stress at the start of what should have been a special occasion. I understand that mistakes can happen, but I do think EL&N needs to improve its booking management and customer service. A confirmed reservation should be honoured, especially for milestone celebrations. Overall, the food and ambience were excellent, but the service experience let the visit down. I hope this feedback helps improve the experience for future guests.

    Did the cake experience. Reviews/comments on TikTok are accurate. However, the cake is a good size for one person. It is not the best tasting but it is edible. The butter cream used tasted like just butter (or even margarine) with food coloring. They should give customers primary colors so that we can mix our own colors as the three provided are not ayoba. Size wise too! It also spreads terribly on the cake so it will turn out ugly either way. It is a good bonding session however.
