    It was an embarrassing moment because when I booked they didn’t indicate that it has specific hours. And already we booked for 13h00 since the morning slots were all fully booked. Also, the receptionist was not so great. I overheard her on the phone telling her manager that she doesn’t trust my booking but gave her the screenshots of the fully booked slots. I was so disappointed.
