    We had the slowest service ever, since we are residents and have been there for over and over again, we know the menu and what we want to order. It was a Monday but it took 2 hours for a one course meal which we felt was totally unacceptable. The waitress was courteous but not really trained and it tookmore than an hour after ordering to get the main course which is all what we ordered. To get the table cleaned was hardly possible as plates were left on the table after various attempts. We would have liked to order dessert but at that speed we would have been there another hour and that was not on. I have no idea why, asked at the reception desk where a young employee had no answer for me if there were any difficulties they were fighting with? He wanted to research my question but the rest of the party only wanted to leave and that is what we did. We will not be back so soon, as residents we have the choice but this was really too much.

    Excellent experience and the waitrons demonstrated great professionalism and customer service excellence. The food was divine as well.
