    Service was embarrassing to say the least. I, in fact cleared our own table. My original steak order was not available after waiting for 15 mins. The replacement steak was cold and tough. Manager did try to make amends. Will be a while before I go back there.

    Friendly sevice, a good steak, enjoyable atmosphere. Bit hidden away which made the discovery all the more pleasant.

    What a bad experience the pork ribs were sp small and not fresh we didnt east them ,the cocktail was good.

    Firstly we booked and our table was given to someone else, but they found another table for us. Service was lacking and we were left alone fo lost of the time. We ordered 200g rump and were told that it was out of stock so we ordered the 500g rump to share. With extra chips and It arrived on one board that was cracked and meat juices leaked everywhere. and we had to ask for a second plate. The second plate arrived without fork and steak knife. Never received my water with ice and lemon that was ordered. My husband and I had to take turns eating the steak. Second portion of chips took forever to arrive which indicated the waitress never really listened to what we wanted. Same with the take away box and bill. We asked for them at the same time. She only listened for the take away box and while we were still mid request she went off to get the take away box. This kind of service is unacceptable and when you pay for food you want a good experience.

    Fancy Franks make THE best burgers so to get them discounted on a Monday special is even better. The food came quickly and the service and ambience were excellent. We will be back - next week!
