    Food was great, but the service was slow. Will return, although only when I have time to relax.

    Hi Catherine, thank you for your feedback. We are pleased you enjoyed the food and felt it offered great value. I was on the floor on Sunday, alongside our management team, and we were very present throughout service, checking on our tables and our guests. From what I personally observed, our guests were well attended to throughout the afternoon. Sundays at Farina are intentionally a little more leisurely. It is Sunday lunch, Souvla turning over hot coals, good food, a glass of wine, great conversation and time around the table with friends and family. We do not believe good hospitality should feel rushed. You mentioned that you will return when you have time to relax.     My husband and I had a lovely evening. The food was good yes, but the place had such a comfortable feel about it. There was a live singer on that saturday night and he was brilliant. Will definitely go again.

    Ambience would be a 5 - however I found the live music too loud. I should checked beforehand to see if this was happening before I booked I suppose. But I love this place a lot. It’s a comfort spot.

    We waited rather a long time for our food but I think it was because everything is cooked from start as you order it. Food was delicious and we enjoyed our first experience.
