    Thank you for your feedback. I’d like to share a bit of context from our side so you understand why we were surprised by the low rating. We accommodated your group over the weekend with our weekday special, and our team offered you the same warm service we extend to every guest — welcome drinks, the complimentary watermelon, and full attention throughout a very busy Sunday lunch. Your group arrived an hour Late, and ordered in separate stages, and some members needed to eat quickly and leave due to travel, which we happily accommodated even though the restaurant was full. When leaving, none of the guests acknowledged the staff or responded to our goodbye, which left our team feeling quite disheartened after doing their best. For this reason, and because it seems our best wasn’t able to meet your expectations, we believe it’s better to cancel your upcoming function and avoid any further disappointment on your side. We wish you all the best going forward.
