    Very bad experience this time out. Food was sub standard, Service was extremely poor. Floor manager was very accommodating though to assist in stop gap service.

    Everything was great just felt that the food was a bit bland. Service was okay mildly okay…waited for a waiter for some time but after food arrived we weren’t checked on after a while but wouldn’t complain much on that as she was a good waiter and friendly

    Food was Not ravishingly excellent for the type of Venue and price. The pasta although creamy Alfredo wasn't creamy at all and seemed like the chef just added a little pasta water and tossed it around before plating. Disappointing because the waitress swore by this as the go to pasta dish. The double cheese burger patty was flavorful but the bacon and cheese portion wasn't done properly as you would like for a place like Firelake. Maybe the kitchen staff was asked to rush the meals as they had a large party coming in for a company function, so my burger was left to rest enough because there was so much clear liquid leaking out of the burger that it made the bottom half of the bun soggy. The cappuccino tasted like the machine hadn't been cleaned for a while and still had coffee grounds lingering at the bottom on my last sip. The cutlery was of a good brand 18/10 stainless steel but looked aged, like it had been bought 10 years ago where the black handles were dulled, scuffed and dented in most of the spoons, forks and knives. Really disappointing as i took my wife there for the first time on her birthday 11-11-2025 and we expected a little more class to the food. We've been to Hussar Grill many times nearby and that experience is worth it. Sorry guys, we thought the Firelake would imbue some of the pomp and ceremony that the Raddisson is supposed to portray but it did not.

    My overall experience was good. I was just disappointed that I waited for over 3 hours to get hubbly because they didn’t have enough flavour & the lady was serving me throw away my food when I requested for a takeaway which I don’t mind. Mistakes happen. I will be visiting again.

    I went on a Thursday, for the 60 percent of pizzas, we pressed 1 chicken and 3 lamb korma, pizzas.. There's only 2 meat and 2 veg on the menu. My family enjoyed the lamb but not the chicken. It want nice at all. Please ass butter chicken Pizza to ur menu. I also watched an influencer on tiktok that posted her visit on a this day as well. But she was served bread fools and bread sticks with butter while wishing for her pizzas and when I asked our waiter, he didn't kno what I was talking about.. I felt disappointed bcoz we waited very long for our pizzas. We had no idea that the restaurant was booked for lunch and it was very rowdy, e n though there was a reservation that I made and I wasn't told abt this. While we were seated, we decided to sit outside be suzr of the noise, it was so cold and it rained our waiter asked us if we would like to go inside because there guests were gone after a hour, and our pizzas took a while. I just wanted to query about the bread rolls, bread sticks and butter which was complimentary for a lady that posted her video.. We are paying customers and should be treated equally.     Had such a disappointing birthday dinner. The restaurant was not even full but our waiter messed up from the word go. I had ordered a mocktail daiquiri with my starter. It never arrived. We ordered wine whilst awaiting for main meals, it never arrived - we had to call the manager and ask what’s going on?? He brought the wine and one large wine glass , the waiter took my glass away ( unsure why) I had to wait another 10+ minutes for my glass. My son asked for his hot chocolate to co with his main meal - I specified this to the waiter, this is how he has all his meals. 2mins later , the hot chocolate comes , food came at least 3min after that. We didn’t have dessert, cos the whole experience was disappointing. We didn’t even get a scoop of ice cream with a happy birthday message!! So disappointing! 1star for the service!
