    It was my first time to come and dine with firelake , but Service was poor , I’ve booked table for 8 at 13:00 on 22/11/2025 As we arrived were welcome by gentleman at the door step and our booking was confirmed . Around 13:15 we order our drinks , and food around 13:30 we waited for 1h30 minutes waiting for our food and their excuse for delay was that they have 31 guest that have function ,and they brought rolls and butter around 14:30 because we were complaining and our order come around 14:40 and food was cold. After we finish our meals they took to long to clean our table . Other than that place was clean and comfortable .

    Very bad experience this time out. Food was sub standard, Service was extremely poor. Floor manager was very accommodating though to assist in stop gap service.

    Everything was great just felt that the food was a bit bland. Service was okay mildly okay…waited for a waiter for some time but after food arrived we weren’t checked on after a while but wouldn’t complain much on that as she was a good waiter and friendly

    Food was Not ravishingly excellent for the type of Venue and price. The pasta although creamy Alfredo wasn't creamy at all and seemed like the chef just added a little pasta water and tossed it around before plating. Disappointing because the waitress swore by this as the go to pasta dish. The double cheese burger patty was flavorful but the bacon and cheese portion wasn't done properly as you would like for a place like Firelake. Maybe the kitchen staff was asked to rush the meals as they had a large party coming in for a company function, so my burger was left to rest enough because there was so much clear liquid leaking out of the burger that it made the bottom half of the bun soggy. The cappuccino tasted like the machine hadn't been cleaned for a while and still had coffee grounds lingering at the bottom on my last sip. The cutlery was of a good brand 18/10 stainless steel but looked aged, like it had been bought 10 years ago where the black handles were dulled, scuffed and dented in most of the spoons, forks and knives. Really disappointing as i took my wife there for the first time on her birthday 11-11-2025 and we expected a little more class to the food. We've been to Hussar Grill many times nearby and that experience is worth it. Sorry guys, we thought the Firelake would imbue some of the pomp and ceremony that the Raddisson is supposed to portray but it did not.

    My overall experience was good. I was just disappointed that I waited for over 3 hours to get hubbly because they didn’t have enough flavour & the lady was serving me throw away my food when I requested for a takeaway which I don’t mind. Mistakes happen. I will be visiting again.
