I loved the service, the restaurant setup with the lovely view and the attention through out my dinner. I just thought the food was mild and can be improved. The red wine option that came with the dinner special was not appealing to me at all, I could not even drink it, maybe 2 additional options would help. I loved the carrot cake served for my birthday treat.

Bad decisions by Management. We had the braai buffet. The waiter sold that to us, most convincingly. The beaai buffet offered minimal. For the beef eaters, beef meat and sausages were offered. For lamb eaters only lamb no lamb sausages. When I asked about the lamb sausages. Which they do have, the chef said that is the menu and they cannot add the sausages. Take it or leave it. When we got to the dessert it was shocking. 2 tiny brownie and cheese cake. Bite size. When we asked for ice cream. They said sorry not on the menu. The manager only offered 2 scoops for our table of 8. The price of the buffet was R450 per person. Absolute rip off. Quality was bad. It's not a busy resturant. I have visited that resturant once before on a Sunday afternoon, it was empty. This is a reflection of their poor decisions and planning. Hopefully they can take the criticisms and make a change.

I was very disappointed with management. I contacted the hotel a few weeks ago to enquire about a setup I wanted to make and they said I could come with it and additionally, was promised that a manager will call me back with further queries I had and manager never called me. I called on the day, again I was told I could come with the balloons and setup. Went all out to buy and when I came to setup I was allowed to only setup a few. It was explained why I could not, however, if I had been contacted, I wouldn’t have spent so much in hiring and bringing the balloons. I was really disappointed.

Extremely disappointed in the buffet options. Very limited and the food was underwhelming. Had to ask for extra things to make the food enjoyable. Service was poor as there was a mix up of table reservations. Entertainment was dead. Expected better for the amount paid. Buffet advertisement said Bubbly to be served and when inquired, it was said they are not serving it with meals. Absolutely disappointed.
