    Ordered seafood platter for 1...presentation was lovely,just that the prawns lacked flavor n had no sauce accompaniment. The chicken burger ,I thought was a little overpriced n we were charged twice on our bill. Just lucky we perused the bill before paying.

    The service was terrible for a brand that is supposed to be popular. We were not asked if we would like to refill our drinks. Our order took forever to be taken. Different menus were given to us. Four of us had the same menu and one was different. I had to ask the waitress a few times for the bill. We chose the Firelake for a 21st birthday dinner. What a disappointment

    Probably the best place for a dinner date, beautiful, peaceful and quiet with views of umhlanga. Reasonably priced. Service is top notch. Food is amazing.

    No take away bags my daughter’s brownie was wrapped in foil. I felt our waiter service slacked a little, empty plates stayed long on the table. We had to call her to request desert menus as well as the bill. Big areas require more waiters to give guest attention. The views are breathtaking
