    Shocking experience. No management. Staff shouting at each other instead of talking. They will cease to exist if there isn’t competent leadership.

    I booked for dinner after a show at the teatro, so it was really busy! Sushi and service was really great! A bit sad that the notes I made on Dineplan were not read/checked though - I made the restaurant aware that we have a baby with us and also that we are celebrating my husband's birthday. I could see from reception that they were not aware of any requests and couldn't really talk about it with my husband there (hence the notes before), but a good night overall.
