    What an unbelievable experience. I will certainly be back. Your barman - i forgot his name- Kerwan- or similar - as well as the waitress in the restaurant were just oustanding. They were so nice to us and friendly. Real asset to you -already- wonderful Establishment.

    Wow the food is so amazing after we ate breakfast,we at scons I never ever ate a scons like that 10 out of 10!!breakfast 10 out of 10!!

    I don't think you should mix a bearnaise sauce with a bordelaise one. A steak bearnaise is always with a lot of bearnaise sauce, because it is too good. You could add a bit more tarragon in it for the taste.

    Thank you very much for your feedback. I will pass the information on to the chef and I agree that a Bearnaise is all about the tarragon inside. Chef will ensure he works on the taste of the sauce. The 2 sauces are indeed very strong together and a good suggestion to separate hthem.
