    Pasta overcooked. Fish old. Won’t go again.

    Dear Madam. I am reading this stupified. Did you raise your concerns with one of the owners on duty? One of us is always on the floor. Our fish is maximum 5 days old as we get two deliveries a week of fish (our best selling line of food) and our pasta is cooked to order always al dente (we often get customer comments that the pasta is undercooked, as we cook it al-dente as is the Italian practice, so much so that we even warn about it on our menu).
