    What a night to remember! Our celebration for Mom at Forti Too was unforgettable — from the beautifully presented Antipasto Platter to the rich Oxtail Casserole and perfectly crisp Inverno Pizzas. The 45-Day Dry Aged Prime Rib was a standout, and the Tiramisu brought the evening to a sweet close. The Boschendal Brut added the perfect sparkle, and the tradition of opera singing filled the room with magic and emotion. Surrounded by family, laughter, and incredible food, it became a celebration of life, love, and the woman at the centre of it all. A night we will treasure forever. ✨💛
