    Our group of 7 had various dishes and all were very favourably received. Lamb burgers and ribs were a hit.

    There's no ambience. Acoustics unbalanced, very loud. Food was not what we expected, too much bread! We will try again though and try something else.

    Good evening Ingrid Firstly we apologise for your experience at Franks as this is DEF not the norm. As a small business we take our reviews extremely serious, we are a family restaurant and we DEF have a vibe and great a great atmosphere, so we not too sure what you w referring to 'unbalanced acoustics'? Kindly note there are many options on the menu so it would be great not to generalise and if you don't prefer bread (as we specialise in burgers) there are may other options.     Hi, there needs to be some curtains or other fabric drapery to absorb the noise, so one can have a conversation without shouting at each other. Reviews are always about personal experiences. Your ambiance might not be the same as our idea of ambiance. Our waiter couldn't open the seal of the wine bottle the way it should be done and wrecked it. The red wine (Hartenberg) was also too warm to our liking. When we asked for a winecooler, the waiter questioned our request...??? Please take these comments as positive criticism to improve on your patrons overall experience. 🍾🍷
