    It took time for us to be attended by the host until I had to start looking around just to get some attention . With no self introduction and luck of enthusiasm made us to feel not welcomed. The food was average standard as it took less than ten minutes to come after the oldering. As we were still on the meal, the front of house staff were just looking at us with the body language of that they need to go as we were the only table left. We have been at this restaurant before and this time the service was very terrible I suggest more front of house training to be done especially yesterday ' s front of house staff.

    We were treated so special because it was a special day for us , the manager and her staff Mark were at our service and we enjoyed our steaks and drinks . Francks is a must visit when you are in Franschoek and we recommend it fully. Thank you guys .

    We really enjoyed Frank's corner. I was a lovely experience. The owner went to each table and Sparkes up a conversation with patron's which was very nice. Will definitely visit again
