Located at the popular V&A Waterfront, specialising in gourmet burgers and ribs and over 207 handspun ‘wow’ shakes with a further 65 extra toppings that you can add for your enjoyment. Setting out on a quest to create ‘The Best Burger’, we visited the top burger joints in the ‘Burger Capitals of the World’ – Chicago, New York and Las Vegas, and then tapped into the expertise of Belthazar’s Master Butcher, our 27 years’ of experience in making sauces at our SABS HACCP factory, and feedback from hundreds of burger tastings with colleagues, friends and customers. We then created 49 hand crafted burgers.

    Loved every bit of this evening. Great food! Service was awesome, our server was attentive and his attention to detail was noteworthy.

    Booked a table for dinner whilst staying nearby in Capetown. We had a table overlooking the waterfront with good views but the table and chairs were plastic canteen like. The food was good but the service average. Our waiter was friendly and helpful but we had to chase for cutlery and for our bill - not ideal.
