Located at the popular V&A Waterfront, specialising in gourmet burgers and ribs and over 207 handspun ‘wow’ shakes with a further 65 extra toppings that you can add for your enjoyment. Setting out on a quest to create ‘The Best Burger’, we visited the top burger joints in the ‘Burger Capitals of the World’ – Chicago, New York and Las Vegas, and then tapped into the expertise of Belthazar’s Master Butcher, our 27 years’ of experience in making sauces at our SABS HACCP factory, and feedback from hundreds of burger tastings with colleagues, friends and customers. We then created 49 hand crafted burgers.

    Food was AMAZING. I had the 500g T-bone it was excellent wife had beef ribs , that was good , only place with good beef ribs. Food wise perfect. Ambience was okay , interesting choice of music and volume was way to loud , and I'm not old.

    Marked change is size of the meals, particularly the Ultimate burger which was no bigger than your regular burger for twice the price . Dark chocolate orange milkshake was undrinkable as it was just orange pulp that was brown, not even close to what a milkshake should be and could not taste the chocolate as it was overwhelmed by all the pulp and chin is of orange rind. Literally could not drink it and had to order a different one and paying for two Hi sons has always been a big family treat and love your milkshake menu but very disappointing outing this time Staff are just wonderful and great service
