Located at the popular V&A Waterfront, specialising in gourmet burgers and ribs and over 207 handspun ‘wow’ shakes with a further 65 extra toppings that you can add for your enjoyment. Setting out on a quest to create ‘The Best Burger’, we visited the top burger joints in the ‘Burger Capitals of the World’ – Chicago, New York and Las Vegas, and then tapped into the expertise of Belthazar’s Master Butcher, our 27 years’ of experience in making sauces at our SABS HACCP factory, and feedback from hundreds of burger tastings with colleagues, friends and customers. We then created 49 hand crafted burgers.

    Didn't appreciate our table being given away due to being 10 minutes late, wasn't as if there were people lining up to get tables at that time. Other than that, everything else were great.

    It was my first time visiting Gibsons. We ordered the Governor's deluxe burgers and chocolate and strawberry milkshakes for dessert. The food was delicious fresh and keep out very quickly. All around a good dining experience.

    Very average burger for way above average price. Pretty much tasted like a Wimpy burger for double the price
