Gigi Rooftop is a buzzing restaurant and bar located on the 6th floor of the Gorgeous George Hotel. The bar has everything from signature cocktails, to age-old classics, both being meticulously crafted by their in-house mixologists. The restaurant serves a take on modern classics, but with a focus on seasonality and sustainability, think casual cuisine but with a twist! They believe knowing where our food comes from is as important as the food itself, with attention being placed on local, ethically-sourced produce from artisanal cheese, pasture-reared beef to fully-traceable and line-caught fish.
