Gigi Rooftop is a buzzing restaurant and bar located on the 6th floor of the Gorgeous George Hotel. The bar has everything from signature cocktails, to age-old classics, both being meticulously crafted by their in-house mixologists. The restaurant serves a take on modern classics, but with a focus on seasonality and sustainability, think casual cuisine but with a twist! They believe knowing where our food comes from is as important as the food itself, with attention being placed on local, ethically-sourced produce from artisanal cheese, pasture-reared beef to fully-traceable and line-caught fish. The vibe is infectious, join for lunch, stay for dinner, with live music and DJ’s almost every day of the week. GiGi Rooftop is a living room for the neighbourhood and you’re invited.

    We only stayed for the one drink. Lovely space and lovely drink. I hadn’t done my homework before hand and had thought there might be a city view but that isn’t the case.

    Returning to see a new menu was a welcomed treat, we had the lamb and line fish it was absolutely delicious and surprisingly cheap for such delicious and generously portioned dishes. Will definitely return.
