    Bad experience!!!! Need to train staff better to understand that paying clients are the reason they have a job. With the exception of a few staff members the bulk of the waiters are unqualified to deliver a tasting experience as they do not know the product or show very little skill/ interest to deliver an experience which is hugely overpriced. Client service / client experience is the only reason why referrals are working but unless that part of the experience is offered on such a low scale i am afraid we will take out clients elsewhere where we get value for our money.

    We did the Ginologist Sensory Experience. It was such an informative and amazing experience. Very interactive and fun. Did it with 3 of my friends and would definitely recommend it to anyone. King is so humorous and teaches you everything you need to know about gin. We also learnt so much- from pairing, drinking and even ways of enhancing the taste of your gin. It's a whole different world there. the staff are so friendly and always happy to assist you with a smile, and a big thank you to Caylin for your amazing hospitality. If you are ever considering doing this experience- don't think twice. You won't regret it.

    Had a great afternoon at Ginologist Gin and Jazz. Only downside was the long wait between orders. This was no fault of the watrons - the place was full and the watrons were doing their best, just not enough enough of them to handle all the customers. Seeing that we're into the busy period it would be advisable to bring more watrons on board over weekends, especially Sundays.
