    We celebrated my sister in law's birthday on Saturday. The staff went above and beyond to make us feel welcome and exceeded our expectations. The sensory experience was absolutely fabulous, good value for money and Aaron was a super star. We brought along a cake for after, but we forgot to bring cake forks which they supplied and gave us plates so we didn't have to use our paper ones. We had a wonderful day! Thank you to all the staff at Ginologist.

    This was a very nice experience. Loved all of it... King was very good at what he was set out to do. Myself and my friend had so much fun and laughs. We even interacted with the two ladies sitting opposite us and had some giggles. I will surely do this again 😏

    My husband and I did the sensory experience and wow, was this an eye opener. This is something that I would definitely recommend to any and everyone who thought they liked a specific Gin, because this might just change the way you thought it tasted. The staff were friendly from the word go to the end. Thank you so very much for this amazing day. Keep up your professionalism and friendliness. The sensory guide, Aaron, was unbelievably good. This was a 11 out of 5 experience.

    We arrived to find that the venue was doing their marketing shoot while we were there. This meant that they wanted to split our small party of three during the tasting to accomodate better photos. Then as we started the last session I was asked to move to accommodate another photo of the model/influencer/person so spent that last part on my feet separate from my party. We were then rushed out so quickly so they could finish their photos that I forgot my glasses and phone and had to go back. Marketing shoots should not be done when guest are paying to enjoy your experience. Two of our party work in Tourism and this could have been a nice addition to their tours but not after the total lack of care towards the customer experience.
