GlenWood is a boutique winery located in an area of outstanding natural beauty and tranquility close to Franschhoek. We offer top quality wines, personal service and a range of unforgettable experiences. These are:

· Wine Tasting (11.00 - 16.00, Tues - Sun, no booking required)

· Vine to Bottle Tour (11.00, Tues - Sun, no booking required).

· Gourmet Sushi (Tues - Sun, booking required on dineplan)

Wine and Fynbos Tour (Tues - Sun, phone or email booking required).

    First the positive side. The sushi was great, one of the best I ever had. The wine was also very nice, we had a Glenwood sauvignon blanc. The service however could be much better. We finished the lunch and we wanted to order a desert or a coffee. It took 20 minutes before someone even looked at us. They were serving some other tables but didn't look around and went inside every time we tried to call them. At last we didn't order anything anymore and just asked for the bill. A pitty because the food and wine where so nice.

    My guests would like to experience the tasting in sushi eat area under the trees and learned that it is no longer so. Pity it changed perhaps you can revisit it do have in the area there as was before. Otherwise it is just another typical wine tasting

    We had a wonderful visit to Glenwood. The sushi was the best we’ve ever had and the staff were brilliant. So glad you survived the fire. It made it a very dramatic place to visit. Next time we will be back and will visit the Natures cabin Thank you Christopher and Amanda

    Wonderful staff, fantastic sushi and wine- definitely worth a visit if you are in Franschhoek!
