    Our reservation started off shaky as i had booked in advance to be seated inside but when I came the table was outside I liased with manager and she managed to get us a table inside and from thereon eveything flowed well! The food and drinks were top notch and menu with plenty too choose from will definitely be going back there

    We were treated with no respect… Like they didn’t want us , maybe because we were foreign, because they could smile to others… Very bad experience. Not kind at all .

    I visited with a group of 5 for a birthday lunch. We were seated in the conservatory at 2 separate round tables. We waited over 10 minutes after being seated for a waitress to approach us. We were given little cups of pink water then once again the waitress disappeared. After another 15 minutes we asked to order drinks (one of which was sparkling water. We were told they were out of both sparking and still water). We then asked to move to a much nicer table inside which was vacant and we were all able to sit together at one table. After moving inside our drinks took another 10 minutes to arrive. At this point we asked to order food which finally arrived almost 45 minutes after ordering. During the time we ordered and food arriving our waitress was nowhere to be seen to order additional drinks. The food arrived and was very nice apart from one pasta dish which was cold and had to be returned to be heated up. Despite having said when booking, it was a special occasion (a birthday), no mention was made of the fact). After arriving at 12:30 for our booking we finally left after 15:00 due to the very slow, almost non existent service. Very disappointing. This was my second visit which I recommended due to my first experience which was lovely. It was quite embarrassing to have arranged a birthday lunch which failed to come up to expectations.
