    This was terrible experience overall We were cold and miserable, they said they would bring a heater and didn’t. We had to call the waiter every time we needed something, they kept standing near the kitchen. We complained about the food and nothing was done. The waiter mentioned that the manager would call as they were off site in meetings but no one called. Everything was just so substandard. It was frustrating, you have lost your touch.

    Experience was great! The acoustics are not sufficient for the rest of the experience.The moise made us feel rushed instead of savouring the moment. Maybe work on solutions there. The burgers, salmon bowl and cakes are phenomenal! Compliments to the chef and our waiytess Catherine.

    The description of your meals far outweighs the actual meal. I was also so glad that you had lamb on the menu, but it was dry and equally as unappetising as the omelette. The cakes were amazing and we had a slice each before we left. The service prompt and efficient. The environment was beautiful in pink and made us feel really special. The waitress even changed the plates to reflect a belated birthday message - it was a lovely small celebration.

    I expected a lot more in terms of value for money as the meals are not cheap but it was also not prepared very well...over cooked, cold. Not a great experience
