    Good day, I would like to provide feedback regarding my experience at Pink Goddess on Saturday. My booking was made well in advance for a Mad Hatter's Tea Party for two 8-year-old girls. Unfortunately, the experience did not meet my expectations. Firstly, we were seated in a corner of the restaurant. One side of the table was in direct sunlight, while the other was affected by the sliding door and the constant flow of people entering and leaving. I am also not sure why the girls were seated separately from us, as they continually had to move between the tables. The package advertised included pretty table décor, but there was no special décor at our table. The only items on the table were a vase with plastic flowers and a table number. In addition, the intervals between the meal courses were very long. I repeatedly had to ask a waiter to attend to us and follow up on our order. I had also booked the cookie decorating activity for the girls. I had to ask several times for it to be brought to the table, only to discover that it was actually a cookie-making kit rather than a decorating activity. The girls did not enjoy it, became bored quite quickly, and it was not what I had expected based on the description provided. Overall, I was very disappointed with both the service and the value received for the amount paid. This is particularly disappointing because I have visited Pink Goddess before and had a wonderful experience. There was a beautifully decorated table not far from ours, and I could not help but wish that the same level of care and attention had been given to our booking. I hope you will take this feedback into consideration and investigate these concerns, as I believe there is significant room for improvement. Kind regards,

    What a terrific experience. I arranged a brunch for my schoolfriends. Class of 1980. Food was fantastic. Our waiter the best ever. Your restaurant is extremely beautiful. We had a wonderfull experience. Will be back

    I was disappointed that despite me checking up on gluten free options on the morning of our booking... there was no gluten free cake available when we arrived. It was my daughter's birthday and a piece of cake would have made it special. The waiter did send home a slice of one of the other cakes (as a token gesture) which we appreciated-
