Did some wine tasting and enjoyed the Cheese & Meat platters, absolutely awesome food as well as presentation. Had originally booked for a picnic however cancelled due to bad weather. Totally Enjoyed our experience, will definitely be back.

This is my first negative review ever made in my life. We made a booking 2 weeks prior to the date. Upon arrival, we were ignored completely by the staff. We found our own seats after not being attended to, opened our own umbrella (turned out to be a mammoth task). When eventually the waiter made a turn by us he informed us that 3 of the 6 main dishes were not available. We ordered two starters to make up for the one main dish and the one item we ordered was spicy chicken livers. They served us later on with lamb/beef cubes claiming it to be the chicken livers. After interrogation the chef admitted they ran out of livers but did not tell us. When the mains arrived to the table they served us with the same lamb/beef cubes but with added rice claiming this was the lamb stew we ordered. It was cold. After complaining the poor girl that served us, promised to take the chicken livers off our bill. The beef fillet (they did not have ribeye) were saturated with salt. Felt like swimming mouth open in the ocean. We received two glasses of bubbly on the house, but when the bill arrived the livers were charged. The credit was passed after enquiry. So sad, it truly was a terrible experience.

We were a family (4 people) and have been totally disappointed! Indeed, we have booked a table (informing you we were on the red wine-tram) and at the arrival, no table was booked and we have been the last to give our order. Moreover, after 1h delay, the cooking of the rib eye was not good (well done instead of medium). To finish we would rather have chosen the restaurant (beautiful decor, almost the same menu and prices).

It is always good to go to Grande Provence. Just to sit by the Deli and relax in the beautiful garden. The food is also very nice.. BUT please bring back the pies for the lunch!!
