    Service was oke, starter, dessert both were good, however the main dish was of a poor quality

    Liebe Restaurantbetreiber, Ich Schreibe als Kolege und Gast welcher ich gestern war in Ihrem Restaurant. Das grand Rosch war für mich immer ein Ort unglaublicher Küche. ( vor Corona) was wir gestern bei Ihnen erlebt haben, war mit Abstand das schlimmste und schlechteste was ich nach 20 Jahren Süd Africa erlebt habe. Ein Gastgeber der komplett überfordert war, eine Servicecrew die nicht wusste was as sie tat. Eine Küche die ich gar nicht so schlecht beschreiben kann wie sie war. Sie haben in Südafrica Maßstäbe an hervorragender Küche . Ihre ist nicht zu unterbieten. Mir persönlich tut dies besonders leid. Eine Traum Location wird so kaputt gemacht. Positiv zu erwähnen ist der Gitarrist!!! Danke für das Entgegenkommen für die Stornierung der Rechnung. Es war trotzdem für uns ein Erlebnisvoller unvergesslicher Abend . In jeder Hinsicht . Bitte verändern sie ihre komplette Mannschaft und bringen wieder Niveau hinein, was dieses Haus verdient. Herzlichst Thomas Nähler

    I am writing to share my feedback regarding our recent dining experience, which unfortunately did not meet our expectations. Upon arrival, we were seated promptly; however, it was difficult to hear the waiter due to the live music being excessively loud. As a result, the menu was not clearly explained. We were under the impression that we could choose from a selection of starters, but instead the starter course arrived without any explanation, which caused some confusion. The main course was acceptable overall, but the meat was overcooked and dry, which significantly affected the quality of the dish. Dessert was also underwhelming — both the presentation and quality were poor and did not reflect the standard we had anticipated. In addition, the overall value for money was extremely disappointing. This was intended to be a romantic evening, but the atmosphere and service did not support that experience. Finally, the margaritas my wife ordered were not to a good standard, and despite requesting salt around the rim of the glass, this was not provided. Overall, we would rate the evening a 3 out of 10 and left feeling quite disappointed. I hope you will take this feedback on board to improve the experience for future guests.

    As in the previous year, we truly enjoyed the Valentine’s Dinner at the Grand Roche Restaurant. The menu was excellent and beautifully prepared, making the evening very special for us. What stood out once again was the outstanding service. The staff were warm, attentive and professional, ensuring that every detail was taken care of. Their genuine hospitality made us feel welcome and appreciated throughout the evening. Thank you to the entire team for another memorable experience. We are already looking forward to our next visit.
