    I was at Grand Roche a year ago, and very much liked it, but sometimes I felt the meals were a bit too creative, and losing touch with the importance of mouth feel and taste. Over the last year, the chef has improved leaps and bounds, and without doubt this was the best meal I have eaten in South Africa, at half the price of most of its Stellenbosch peers. It sounds silly to call it a secret, given how well it is known. Nevertheless, this is world quality fare. Don't tell anyone though! Part of its charm is they really don't know how good they really are.

    Thank you so much Weina and her team, I had a comment that it was better than the Mount Nelson's High Tea. Thank you Chef Regu. My mom thoroughly enjoyed her 80th. Everything was perfect.
