Our signature restaurant, Granita, offers a fine dining experience with innovative dishes created by our executive chef and complimented by a multi award- winning wine list.

At Granita, the focus is on fresh organic produce provided by local farmers and producers featuring a selection of home-grown vegetables and fruit from the estate.

Our chef uses the finest local and seasonal ingredients, to create a fresh fusion of flavours that offers diners a five-star culinary experience. The Granita Wine Cellar is ideal for small, more intimate private gatherings and can accommodate up to 12 people.

In additional to our carefully created fine dining a la carte menu we offer diners an option to pre book our seven course Gourmet Dinner menu. This delectable menu changes seasonally to include the freshest local produce available. Each course has been carefully paired with a select wine from our award-winning wine list.

    We had an absolutely wonderful experience at this restaurant last night! The food was exceptional — every dish was beautifully prepared and full of flavour. The staff were incredibly friendly, welcoming and attentive, which made the evening even more enjoyable. The ambiance was also fantastic — warm, inviting and with the perfect atmosphere for a memorable night out. We thoroughly enjoyed our experience from start to finish and would highly recommend this restaurant to anyone looking for delicious food, excellent service and a beautiful atmosphere. We will definitely be back!
