Our signature restaurant, Granita, offers a fine dining experience with innovative dishes created by our executive chef and complimented by a multi award- winning wine list.

At Granita, the focus is on fresh organic produce provided by local farmers and producers featuring a selection of home-grown vegetables and fruit from the estate.

Our chef uses the finest local and seasonal ingredients, to create a fresh fusion of flavours that offers diners a five-star culinary experience. The Granita Wine Cellar is ideal for small, more intimate private gatherings and can accommodate up to 12 people.

In additional to our carefully created fine dining a la carte menu we offer diners an option to pre book our seven course Gourmet Dinner menu. This delectable menu changes seasonally to include the freshest local produce available. Each course has been carefully paired with a select wine from our award-winning wine list.

    The chef always impresses! Food was out of this world! Only suggestion is that restaurant should be ready and on time for customers. We had to wait 30min.

    Everything was absolutely perfect! The food was so delicious and amazing, I enjoyed every bite. The service was wonderful, and the waitress was so friendly and welcoming. The overall experience was beautiful and relaxing. I truly had such a great time — I could do this every day of my life! Thank you so much for such a lovely experience.
