Our signature restaurant, Granita, offers a fine dining experience with innovative dishes created by our executive chef and complimented by a multi award- winning wine list.

At Granita, the focus is on fresh organic produce provided by local farmers and producers featuring a selection of home-grown vegetables and fruit from the estate.

Our chef uses the finest local and seasonal ingredients, to create a fresh fusion of flavours that offers diners a five-star culinary experience. The Granita Wine Cellar is ideal for small, more intimate private gatherings and can accommodate up to 12 people.

In additional to our carefully created fine dining a la carte menu we offer diners an option to pre book our seven course Gourmet Dinner menu. This delectable menu changes seasonally to include the freshest local produce available. Each course has been carefully paired with a select wine from our award-winning wine list.

    It was great 😊 except there was this group booked think was a wine room there, they were so so loud, disturbing the quietness and mood of fine dining inside. Think patrons left because of it.

    Eunice was an excellent waitron. Explained everything thorougly. The food was of the highest standard as always! An experience 10/10! And as far as portion size go, it was more than substantial. Thank you Kievits
