Our signature restaurant, Granita, offers a fine dining experience with innovative dishes created by our executive chef and complimented by a multi award- winning wine list.

At Granita, the focus is on fresh organic produce provided by local farmers and producers featuring a selection of home-grown vegetables and fruit from the estate.

Our chef uses the finest local and seasonal ingredients, to create a fresh fusion of flavours that offers diners a five-star culinary experience. The Granita Wine Cellar is ideal for small, more intimate private gatherings and can accommodate up to 12 people.

In additional to our carefully created fine dining a la carte menu we offer diners an option to pre book our seven course Gourmet Dinner menu. This delectable menu changes seasonally to include the freshest local produce available. Each course has been carefully paired with a select wine from our award-winning wine list.

    This was the perfect ending to my night. Earlier I had a massage and later went for the dinner. My goodness what a beautiful restaurant. The food was divine and absolutely delicious, the wine pairing was also fantastic. Would recommend this place to anyone and everyone. Thank you to the head chef, Edith, for also taking the time to see us.

    It was a really beautiful experience and the environment was so relaxing, the space is quiet giving the energy of tranquility which made me to feel really special.The staff was soo friendly and helpful which made me feel cared for ,it felt like a home away from my own home. The food was amazing and the whole experience was the best and i am soo coming back with friends just to have a shared amazing experience with others.

    We had the most wonderful night in the most romantic setting. The chef combined the flavours magically and the service from Nthabiseng was absolutely phenomenal. Such a perfect way to celebrate our anniversary! That was money well spent.

    We had an unforgettable dining experience celebrating my birthday here. The 7-course pairing menu was exceptional from start to finish — every dish was beautifully presented, thoughtfully balanced, and full of flavor. The wine pairings complemented each course perfectly and elevated the entire experience. The service was warm, attentive, and genuinely welcoming without ever feeling intrusive. The ambience struck the perfect balance between elegant and comfortable, making the evening feel really special. But the absolute highlight for me was the birthday dessert plate — it was next level! Not only stunning to look at, but honestly one of the best desserts I’ve had in a long time. Such a thoughtful and memorable touch that made the celebration unforgettable.
