Here at the Greek Fisherman, we are proud of our roots, so expect traditional Greek and Mediterranean dishes. But, we also believe in moving with the times, so weve added a modern twist to our otherwise classic menu.

Our cuisine includes Greek & Seafood specialities and we are famous for our Greek Meze, our Souvla (spit roast) and our stunning lamb in the oven. choose from over 20 Meze, starters and tapas!

The Greek Fisherman is now located in Sea Point, Cape Town. It was established in 1992 (originally at the V&A Waterfront), and is still owned, and run hands-on, by the same family.

Take a seat and get a glorious view of Table Mountain while you enjoy delicious seafood and meats grilled over open charcoals.

    We had a great semi private space upstairs for lunch, waitress was attentive and good was great. Loved that there was a baby changing table in bathroom.

    From booking till arriving there on a Sunday - a table for 10 people - the service was very friendly and prompt. They made a gray, rainy day very warm and comfortable

    We had a great Fathers Day lunch on Sunday. The service was superb and Dad was totally surprised to get a gift too. The food was great , hot, fresh sardines and cod so tasty everything so yummy that we kept ordering to try more of the tapas dishes . Will definitely be going again
