Here at the Greek Fisherman, we are proud of our roots, so expect traditional Greek and Mediterranean dishes. But, we also believe in moving with the times, so weve added a modern twist to our otherwise classic menu.

Our cuisine includes Greek & Seafood specialities and we are famous for our Greek Meze, our Souvla (spit roast) and our stunning lamb in the oven. choose from over 20 Meze, starters and tapas!

The Greek Fisherman is now located in Sea Point, Cape Town. It was established in 1992 (originally at the V&A Waterfront), and is still owned, and run hands-on, by the same family.

Take a seat and get a glorious view of Table Mountain while you enjoy delicious seafood and meats grilled over open charcoals.

    Tried and true Sea Point destination. The venue is extraordinary whether indoors or outdoors, and the food can't be beat. We look forward to dining there every time we visit Cape Town.

    Asked for a wine recommendation. No-one knew anything about them. So ordered a bottle of white & it hadn’t even been chilled, it was hot! Service was very slow but the staff lovely. Starters were great - main courses awful. Prawns completely stringy, overcooked & no meat. Chips are frozen packet ones & rice was overcooked & tasteless. Very disappointing.
