Here at the Greek Fisherman, we are proud of our roots, so expect traditional Greek and Mediterranean dishes. But, we also believe in moving with the times, so weve added a modern twist to our otherwise classic menu.

Our cuisine includes Greek & Seafood specialities and we are famous for our Greek Meze, our Souvla (spit roast) and our stunning lamb in the oven. choose from over 20 Meze, starters and tapas!

The Greek Fisherman is now located in Sea Point, Cape Town. It was established in 1992 (originally at the V&A Waterfront), and is still owned, and run hands-on, by the same family.

Take a seat and get a glorious view of Table Mountain while you enjoy delicious seafood and meats grilled over open charcoals.

    Best Steak fillet, with a very high quality meat. The food and ambient is very calm and nice. If I have a chance, I would really love to come back.

    On a day where the mercury reached 35 degrees it was unfortunate that the restaurant had no alcohol free beers in stock despite there being three on the drinks menu. If I was the manger I would have apologised and sent over the road to a bottle store for some - there was no apology even after I spoke with manager about it when leaving and making that suggestion. Food gets a lower score as the kingclip I ordered was a thin sliver from the tail, however it was beautifully cooked but the downside here was I only had 8 chips (EIGHT !!). My companion ordered the calami which was pronounced excellent. A mixed review I guess.
