    It was my first time at Greenhouse on Festival. The place is beautiful, the food was just okay not what I expected though. The service was so bad I was disappointed as we were celebrating our 10th year unversary.The Lady that was serving us you could tell she was just doing it because she has to work,she seemed bored even my partner said mybe she thinks we don't have funds. We did our research beforeaking the reservation and we knew that 10%service charge will be included in the bill and we had an extra R300 cash on us to tip our waiter but had to go back home with it cos she was not pleased to serve us and we were the one's smiling when talking to her, she has no smile at all, she's not welcoming, not friendly. I regret going there we should have booked at a different place. I am beyond disappointed as it was our first time there . DEFINITELY NOT GOING THERE AGAIN AND I WOULDN'T SUGGEST THE PLACE TO ANYONE ELSE. RETHABILE WAS OUR WAITER she needs to do better she gave us kaak service. Am so upset because we got new outfits, we went all out nothing. RETHABILE stop judging people buy their appearances and serve every guest equally also try put a smile on your face.

    As a waiter/waitress, you're supposed to check on your clients/customers constantly or more frequently and that's not what they do. So if they could please work on that, it would make the experience more wonderful
