Rugby Day

Enjoy an elegant Pre-Rugby Lunch at Grimaldis, located at the prestigious Durban Country Club.     It was my 1st visit, place was lovely, our waiter was too good, he made some nice recommendations and he was fully present, made sure we get a grand experience. My only issue was at the end though when the bill arrived, I somewhat felt as though I was overcharged. I took it up with management but I guess they had to explain thier way out of things but its okay.

    The event was very poorly planned and lacked professionalism from the start. There appeared to be no proper coordination between the staff, which resulted in confusion throughout the service. Orders were repeatedly mixed up. The staff seemed unprepared and unsure of how to manage the tables efficiently. Simple requests had to be repeated multiple times, and there was little to no supervision to ensure smooth service. It created a frustrating atmosphere for guests who were expecting a well-organized and enjoyable experience. The food itself was average and did not justify the price charged. Considering the amount paid, we expected much better quality, presentation, and overall service. Unfortunately, the experience did not meet basic expectations, and it was disappointing from both a service and value-for-money perspective.
