    The waiting for meals was long even though we prebooked and provided our orders three weeks before the lunch date.

    The restaurant couldn’t handle the no of people , it was packed and food took like 2 hours for starters , 2 hours for main course , we didn’t even get to desert , we just asked for the bill . No attention to our table of 13 , we had to keep looking for service . No presence of any manager to come over and see to customers . Really bad experience of our office lunch , KFC would be better option . We were looking forward to Grimaldi’s . I have been there with family before , this time it was really disappointing with my work colleagues and I recommended the place .

    Excellent experience...from the food, to the staff, and the ambiance. A bit noisy, but understandable as many end of year events were underway.

    Good morning all Thank you for accommodating us at Grimaldis. We were a table of 20, set menu 3 at R420 each. Kindly note that my desert plate was horribly chipped. Had it not been, the thin curved features would have been a delight to hold. I dislike chocolate cake but this was sublime. The little ice-cream that came with was watery and not the quality deserving of DCC. The lamb neck was tender and succulent, the risotto and serving of vegetables incredibly disappointing. The waitrons, Spehsihle and Lee were amazing as was the consideration and advice from Erasmus that we order early to avoid too late a night. I was advised that we do not return for the next year end party. We also missed Claire's presence and wish her well in her new venture. Kind regards Kavita

    We throughly enjoyed the food and the service by Nokwanda and Sphume was remarkable! Not forgetting the exemplary care given by Phindi and the manager.
